Leather-N-Lace Photography captures the wild and tame heart of Wyoming. Evanston, WY – October 3, 2009 -- Lacee Sims believes in the wild and tame heart of Wyoming. She has a special talent for capturing the hard working life of Wyoming agriculture through her photography. She specializes in the real life cowboys and cowgirls who are stewards of the land in Wyoming - those who maintain a historic lifestyle that is still practiced and treasured today. Lacee also focuses on Wildlife, Historic, and Scenic Wyoming photography. She has a keen eye for spotting unusual beauty in even the most mundane. Demand for Lacee’s beautiful photographs has encouraged her to recently add Family, Teens, Engagements, Pets, and Special Occasion categories to her list of photography options already available. According to Lacee: “I have had the opportunity to see different things everyday in this great state that we call home: The nomadic life of sheepherding which moves across the open prairie; cattle grazing through green pastures; and the Deer, Moose, Elk and other wildlife that exists alongside them. The seasons move so very fast, our kids change constantly before our eyes and the cycle of life renews itself. I love to go out and photograph the never-ending ranch work of shearing ewes, sorting sheep and cattle, birthing new livestock, branding, docking lambs and haying the native grasses. And through it all – the ranchers’ children thrive in the crisp country air while learning to work beside their parents to keep this vision of agriculture alive. Please join me in this adventure of Real Wyoming Life for a glimpse of a way of life that I seek to preserve through my photography.” Leather-n-Lace Photography is a member of the Wyoming First Program promoting products proudly made in Wyoming. www.wyomingfirst.org
